JBoss Seam Framework

JBoss Seam is a powerful new application framework for building next-generation web 2.0 applications by unifying and integrating technologies like Asynchronous JavaScript + XML (Ajax), JavaServer Faces (JSF), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JBoss RichFaces, and business process management.

JBoss Developer Studio 4.0 includes updated tools for Seam 2 and 3 and includes tools for new popular specification (JSR 299) Contexts and Dependency Injection for the Java EE Platform (CDI). These Seam tools provide wizards for creating new Seam projects, validation tools, expression language code completion, testing tools, and wizards for generating entity objects.

JBoss Hibernate

JBoss Hibernate is a powerful, high-performance object/relational persistence and query service. Hibernate lets you develop persistent classes following object-oriented idiom, including association, inheritance, polymorphism, composition, and collections. It lets you express queries in its own portable SQL extension (HQL), native SQL, or with an object-oriented Criteria and Example API.

Unlike many other persistence solutions, Hibernate doesn't hide the power of SQL from you. It guarantees that your investment in relational technology and knowledge is as valid as always.
